Our Deacons

Deacon Aguillon was born in San Antonio, Texas. He started his studies for the diaconate with the archdiocese of San Antonio in 1994 and after moving to Laredo in December of 2000 was ordained by bishop Tamayo in June of 2004 at San Agustin Cathedral. After ordination he was assigned to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and served there for 6 years. Work took him back to San Antonio and he served at San Fernando Cathedral there for the next 4 years. In 2014 he returned to Laredo and has since been assigned to San Agustin Cathedral. His current and former ministries include: diocesan director of Diaconate Formation and involvement with organizations such as Cursillos de Cristiandad, Acts, Movimiento Familiar Cristiano and various other parish ministries.
